Hello! I finally got home from college and was so tired when I got home from driving and packing. But finally, I could open all the packages that were waiting for me! I saved my food and outing money during school, and spent it on cute things online. In this post, I'm going to thoroughly review all of the things I ordered. There will be a lot of pictures! Let's get started~
I will be reviewing products from Sweet Spirits (On Storenvy), Bow Kuma (On Storenvy), and Bodyline.
The first package I opened was from Sweet Spirits! This store has reasonably priced Fairy Kei accessories. I recieved my two items as ordered, and they were in good condition.
The first was a plastic balloon necklace. It's so adorable! I was in awe when I saw it. The bear with wings is such a cute touch. The whole necklace is colored in pretty pastels. The necklace chain is well attached to the top balloon, I believe it would only break if I was to tug on the balloons too hard. The glue is slightly noticeable under the heart, star, and "sweet" add-ons, but it's okay since the glue is clear. The part that annoys me is that the balloons keep spinning around, so it is hard to keep the decorated balloons facing forward.

Look how cute the bear is! ( ・㉨・)
Something I found strange was that there is a clip on the back of the necklace. I guess it's good though, because I can turn it into a clip if the chain breaks.
Another good thing is the chain can be lengthened (but only a little).
The chain is really cool! It's the perfect baby pink color, and the links have some kind of fabric or thread around it, so it isn't just shiny plastic. I thought this was really unique.
The necklace does appear darker in these pictures, in real life, they are the most perfect, vibrant, pastel colors. Even though the spinning balloons are bothersome, I really love the necklace! I think it is one of my favorite new accessories.
The next item I ordered from Sweet Spirits was a similar balloon hair clip. It is just as adorable, and I'm happy that the balloons have no glued-on pieces.
The rocking horse is sooooo cute~
The clip and rocking horse were simply glued on, and it looks kind of ugly, but it doesn't show, so it's okay.
So, I was really excited to wear this! But sadly, if I simply clipped it into my normal hair, it would tip over and slide off. The balloons are too heavy for the clip. So if I want to wear this, I have to wear it above another bow, or while I have my hair tied, so that the clip has something firm to grip onto. I am still happy that I purchased this! It's just kind of difficult to wear.
The next package I opened was something I won off of eBay, a Moon Dreamers Ursa polar bear! She is a toy from the 80's and is quite adorable. I hope to get other Moon Dreamer Toys in the future to keep her company. She came with a saddle and is in fairly good condition.
Ursa is so cute!
After that, I opened my package from Bow Kuma. This store has bows of every color, including very unique bows that would be good for Fairy Kei! It also has clothing and accessories sometimes. Here is their business card, and they sent me extra stickers, candy, and stationary!
These adorable dripping glitter bows were so unique, and I couldn't choose which color to purchase! I ended up ordering both colors. I love these bows! They are of fantastic quality, and I just can't believe how cute they are! When they arrived, they were together in the plastic bag, and the dripping plastic made them stuck together... I was really worried. But when I pulled them apart, they were fine. I wish they were packaged separately! If I buy a bow with dripping plastic next time, I will only buy one at a time, just in case.
The sparkling glitter is so pretty, and the dripping plastic doesn't look uneven or awkward The two stars attached are a nice touch, and they are beads so they have small holes on the sides. Whatever was used to make this dipping effect does have a smell, but only if you take the bow to your face and sniff it... (I don't know why I smelled it (●´∀`)). But it's not a bother at all! Just something I noticed.
I love that the hair clip is attached to the outer part of the bow, it helps it hold onto my hair. The clip was slightly stuck to the glue attaching it to the bow, but it popped off of the glue and was nothing to worry about.
I love these bows! They are my favorite purchase in this whole review!
I also bought an iPhone accessory, it goes into the headphone hole. It is so tiny and has a bear face on it! Yes, it's a teapot.ヾ( ゚∀゚)ノ゙
The face is a little weird. Like... It's not a perfect face, but it is still cute! It looks like it was painted on kind of lazily. It matched my phone case (from eBay) so well!
Sadly, a couple days later, I had my phone in my back pants pocket and I sat down. The teapot broke off of the phone jack part. I'm going to fix it later, but this accessory is very delicate. It probably isn't worth $3 USD for all the trouble it makes.
I also ordered this ring! I love the vibrant red color, it makes me want to eat it. This strawberry is so yummy looking.
The plastic looks very well attached to the ring, and the ring is adjustable! That's very important because my fingers are kind of chubby.
This is such a great item. I really recommend this ring! The sprinkles on the chocolate make it so detailed and cute, and the price is very reasonable. And who doesn't like strawberries!?
The last two things I got from Bow Kuma were more bows. They are around twice the size of the sparkly bows I showed earlier, which is why I bought them. I really like the hairstyle where you pull your hair back into a big bow (Ariel style)! The red one reminds me of Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service or Snow White, and the pink one is such a pretty color. These bow also are very good quality. They are clean and neat, and are shaped very well. The pink bow is a little bigger on one side, but it's not a problem, especially because these are handmade. I'm also kind of over judgmental on things like symmetry.
Every thing I bought from Bow Kuma is so beautiful and I definitely will order from them again in the future. I am a very satisfied customer even though the phone jack snapped, as that's easily repairable. It is one of my new favorite online shops!
My last package was from Bodyline. I ordered my first Lolita pieces! I was so excited to see these. I did a lot of research before buying from them. I bought this skirt, because I really liked the color. I was worried that it would be too short (because I'm 5'7), and it is. It doesn't follow the Lolita "Guidelines", but I'm still going to wear it as casual Lolita. I usually wouldn't buy something with two patterns right next to each other like this, but it was the only skirt I wanted at the time. It is kind of tight, so next time I will order a bigger size. I was stupid this time and actually didn't measure myself at all. I am still very happy with it though.
Do you think it is too short? No petticoat by the way (I need to buy one).
It has scallops and bows all around the edge of the skirt! I really need to iron it too.
It has a metal clip above the zipper to keep the zipper from coming open. How useful!
My very last item that I ordered was the most adorable shoes in the world! They have gorgeous bows on them and are a pretty pink color to match my skirt. I love all the detail in these shoes. Also, I'm happy that it has a small heel, because I have very little experience walking in high heel shoes. I'm on the tall side going by Lolita standards, so I'm glad these won't make me much taller. I was so scared that they wouldn't fit, and I found them very difficult to put on. It is easier to put them on while wearing socks so that my feet just slide in. They are tight, but I just need to break them in. I can't wait to wear them with lacy socks!
Even the insides have cute polka dots!
My favorite parts are the small heart eyelets and scallops.
I cannot wait to order from Bodyline again! Next time, I hope to buy a full dress! I'm going to be much more careful about sizing.
I can't believe I own all of these adorable things. I feel so happy and lucky when I wear them! I'm excited to match my new things with the clothes I already have. I know this was long, but I wanted to say as much as I could about everything. Thank you so much for reading, and remember to check out these stores if you liked what you saw!
